Seventeen firms battled to win the exclusive ALEP Quiz Cup, completing general knowledge questions on subjects from world travel to literary opening lines. Teams also faced multiple choice enfranchisement questions set by ALEP’s Honorary President, Damian Greenish of Pemberton Greenish.
The winning team, ‘Secret Seven’, comprised valuer and solicitor members from Lamberts, Trowers and Hamlins and Judge Sykes Frixou; the team narrowly won by 3 points with an impressive final score of 106.
ALEP’s Honorary Secretary, Alex Greenslade of Leasehold Solutions acted as MC for the night, with Tom Russo of ALEP sponsor, Kerry London, joining the judging panel. Dean Calaz, Kerry London’s Deputy Managing Director, Corporate and Commercial, was on hand to present the winner’s trophy – and the joint losing teams’ wooden spoon!
A raffle, which raised £580, was held in aid of Shelter.
Thank you to all those who supported the event and to those firms which donated prizes.
