Westminster Policy Forum

Last week Mark Chick was invited to speak at the Westminster Policy Forum on the topic of ‘Next Steps for Leasehold Reform’ and we are pleased to share his comments here:

“ I took a few moments to mention the position of ALEP and its role in the Consultations and the process to date and took a look at what may be yet to come.

I would very much hope that in whatever comes next in residential leasehold that ALEP will be listened to by Government as a voice of ‘reason.’ It is not always a case of listening to those who ‘shout loudest’. ALEP is more than happy to engage with Government and politicians from all parties to ensure realistic and meaningful changes.”
