The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners’ Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday 3 December 2024 at 5pm at the Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1PL
ALEP AGM 2024 Notice of Meeting
Members of ALEP’s Advisory Committee are elected at the AGM and generally serve in office for a term of two years from the date of their election, after which time they must resign and seek re-election.
At the AGM on 3 December 2024, two members of the AC will stand down: Colin Cohen (managing agent committee member) and Mark Loveday (barrister committee member).
We have now received nominations for the position of barrister committee member from the following individuals.
Ballot papers have been sent to nominated key contacts for each member firm who shall be responsible for exercising the vote on behalf of the member organisation. Individual barristers have also received ballot papers.
The deadline for ballot is Friday 22 November.
Colin Cohen’s reappointment as Managing Agent committee member will be ratified at the AGM.
