Lawrence & Wightman is a long established professional practice which now has three partners specialising in all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement work. We deal with freehold acquisitions under the 1967 Act, and lease extensions and collective enfranchisement under the 1993 Act, acting for both leaseholders and freeholders. We also have extensive experience in presenting cases to Leasehold Valuation Tribunals whilst one of the partners has also successfully presented cases before the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber). Whilst the majority of our work is in the West Midlands, we are now more frequently receiving instructions from other parts of the Country.
