The ALEP Conference 2024 is being held on Tuesday 15 October at The Royal College of Physicians.
Leasehold Reform stands on the edge of a precipice as we await the implementation of the
Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024. Whilst we cannot say with certainty when all of its
provisions will come into force, it seems fair to assume that most of these will be part of the legal
and valuation landscape in which we operate in the next two to three years.
The ALEP Autumn Conference 2024 seeks to explore these themes of change, and will provide
practical guidance to help practitioners get ready for what lies ahead.
Delegates will enjoy refreshments on arrival, a networking lunch and our traditional post-conference drinks reception.
Registration and networking take place from 8:45am – 9:45am.
Please be advised that refreshments will be served, with the conference starting promptly at 9:45am.
Registration for afternoon delegates is from 12 noon.
Lunch is from 12:15pm with the conference resuming promptly at 1:30pm.
