Online training and panel session
Thursday 3 November 10am – 12noon
The topic of participation agreements often presents its own unique challenges in practice. As requested by our members, this session will look at a range of issues to do with participation agreements and their use in collective enfranchisement.
Points to be discussed will include: Participation agreements, are they really necessary? Managing conflicts, outside investors, and how to allocate value between participants, along with a number of other practical aspects.
There will also be the opportunity to ask questions as this will be an interactive session with our panel.
Costs:
Costs to attend this online event are £85 + VAT per ticket for the first three tickets and £50 + VAT for additional tickets thereafter. Tickets for non-members are £145 + VAT each.
