The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners has moved offices from Southbridge House in South Croydon to prestigious new premises in central Croydon.

ALEP is colocated with Leasehold Solutions and ALEP’s admin function moved with the relocation of the project management company at the beginning of 2010.
With new signage on the inside and outside of the offices, ALEP now has its own branded base with dedicated meeting facilities.
“As ALEP continues to grow apace, we need more space to run the organisation as well as our own company”, said Alex Greenslade, managing director of Leasehold Solutions and honorary secretary of ALEP.
Formed in 2007, the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) is a not-for-profit association that brings together barristers, managing agents, project managers, solicitors and valuers working in the residential leasehold sector.
